Title: vx head gaskets

I have guy living a couple of doors from me that has a garage/ workshop & he reckons Vauxhall gaskets always had a weak spot where water & oil were in the same vicinity. but he also said Vauxhall have now addressed the issue & strengthened them.

I can smell it from here........my mate knows a mate down the pub who once met a mate from the factory next door to..... :y

So the answer is no but then GM don't and never have made head gaskets
