on reading past posts on removing a crankshaft pulley would I be better off obtaining a 3 leg pulley tool to assist. also would the removal of the rad to give loads more room be advised.

The problem with removing the crank pulley is undoing the bolt that holds it on .... not pulling it off. And yes, remove the rad first ..... not sure there'd be enough room even if you wanted to leave it in place.

yes I have now removed rad . why do whoever puts those clips that need pliers to nip to remove put them where its almost impossible to get to. will replace them all with stainless steel crocodile so a 7mm socket does the job. :y
