hi, all
              I have a rotten smell coming from exhaust I expect it to be the cats, are  there 2 , as when I look to buy ,they keep saying left side,  2.5 petrol 1998,

Rotten smell?
Like burning oil maybe? If so, check for leaking cam-cover seals first.

New cats give off a sulphur smell like rotten eggs.

Then again its what you class as rotten?
