Preface lift Elite wheels, fitted with Black Lion tyres 225 55 ZR16,the wheels were refurbed properly about 18months ago and are pristine, tyres are as above but the Champoint type, which although are Chinese manufactured they have an excellent review on Youtube, when put on a performance test against a so called quality brand.Watch it and you'll be surprised. The wheels look much lighter in the pictures as the were reflecting the light, but they look much darker in the car pictures which is more accurate. I'm looking for £140..no offers! and the buyer will have to collect from near Reading, Berkshire. BTW..the car is not for sale.

Are they a metallic/pearlescent colour, or is that a trick of the light, too?
Just thinking whether they'd look as good/terrible on a black car. The black/white contrast of yours works rather well.

Personally....I wouldn't risk putting them on a black car, they do look a lot lighter in the group pictures due to the fact that I'm no David Bailey, but they were done specifically for the white car and they are darker than they appear,I think the colour is Graphite. Was thinking of keeping them and putting them on the red MV6 in the background.Going to advertise them in the usual place to appeal to the wider audience as they could possibly suit someone who would use them as winter wheels to save their more expensive alloys. If they don't sell then it's plan B for the red car :)

It's Diamond Black, not the facelift black, which is a lot darker. Diamond black looks very dark grey when you put it next to 'proper' black... whether this would look well or stupid with the wheels, no idea. I am tempted, though :)

I'm still doubtful about them being right for your colour car,it's a shame that you are to far away to take a look. :)

I would be the easiest thing in the world to just chuck a pair on to see. but as you say, a fair old distance for a 'just in case'. I've always liked the style of the PFL Elite wheels (and my car did have a mint set which were most cleverly sold my the previous owner when she got laid up, so sat on a combination of steelies and mismatched alloys until I could source a set of correct PFL CDX 15s) Anyway, I'm away on hollydays for a week in an hour, so will report back, then... potentially after a bit of photoshop, haha. :)

Having had 2 of those Red Ex Plod Cars (SO6-DPG) I can add that the older 17" MFL MV6 Irmscher Alloys really suit them cars, a nice match against the Red body, ;)

Think, that you could be right on this one Chris,I think the Dotz on the red MV6 can be swapped around and then sold, although I'm getting the odd nibble on Cheetbay....going to give it a month or so and then make a decision :-\
