You could do this job with the help of the forum mate, wishbones off Fleabay around £50, droplinks around £15 :y

Propably about 5 hrs at £100/hr plus parts.
Had a droplink done at home in less than 20minutes (neighbour ex-mechanic which is handy) so I would say an hour for the pair and considering the whishbones will be off as well I would have said no more than 4-5 hrs tops as its is just a case of removing old and fitting new.

Wishbones and droplinks changed for just £80.00 by Mr Clutch in Chelmsford. Looked at the old bushes on the wishbones, they had completely broken apart, no wonder there was a clonk every time the car went over a bump! it was metal against metal.
So if this is what happens when your omega goes over a bump, change the wishbones and the droplinks, car now drives silently over bumps.
Thanks again for all you people on the site, much appreciated.

When my wishbones needed changing driving was rather frightening fighting with the car going one way then the other :-?
The droplinks cause the clunking over bumps :y
