Mine failed suddenly, so I need a pair too.

Although I was just going to buy the £11 ones and call it done.

Very tempted myself....trouble is so many times have I ended up buying things twice cos Ive bought total crap...makes me a bit windy of 'bargains'

Anyone got any particular recommendations for bonnet struts, or just the cheapest shite I can find (currently about £20 a pair).

Mine came from All German about two years ago.
They're identical to the originals, down to the markings, except they don't have GM on them.
Seriously, gas springs are such a ubiquitous part that the cheapest shite is still far better than is actually needed for the application.

Mine are near the end of their life and really need changing before they give up completely and knock some sense into me..
