My NS headlamp, 2 yrs old, OE, has got moisture inside.  :( Any easy fixes?

The seal around the plastic cover is either not good enough or the black rubber cap on the back isn't doing its job.

Best solution is remove entire light and put it in airing cupboard over night then run a bead of black silicone around lense again .Bit of tape on the rubber cap mounting to improve its fit and job should be jobbed.

If feeling lazy just get a hair dryer and remove black rubber seal gap and let heat dry out inside of lamp ,although you still need to seal the lense again.

Have found OE lamps not to be put together aswell as genuine Hella

Cheers Amba. Of course it would be the NS lamp with minimal access. I'll go with your suggestion after Xmas. :y

TIS does mention this, and says its not a fault, unless the mist doesn't clear after a long drive with the headlights on.

Quite correct, the drive to Devon with lights on has cleared the mist.  :y
