a good mate has a 2.0 ltr diesel ford c-max focus which went into limp mode & now will not start . fault find turned up a throttle problem & injector to ecu fault. also 4 faults saying dealer specific . do those mean that as we were told , only the dealers equipment can tell a person whats wrong ?

Have the 4 faults got consecutive numbers? if so then it is probably the same as one of the other faults but repeated for each cylinder.

no numbers came up as I saw , the lad with the software & computer left an impression with me that he didn't really know what he was doing. also it was very slow
