Wifey, against my advice, has decided she wants to get rid of her corsa c. Even though its a proper minter she's been looking round. She's seen the above motor. I'm sure I've serviced one but no info on them other than that (vaguely remember plugs being a bit of a faff).
Online seems to suggest they're supercharged :-\ and if they're anything like the model before they're chain driven.
Any other nuggets of info out there?
TIA :y

I believe those were made in either Thailand or India..
They didn't receive good reviews from the press..
There are better alternatives..
For example:
* Suzuki Swift, did get good reviews and it looks better.
* The French trio C3/208 or clit, always a good buy.
* Ye old guard, Corsa D/Fiesta

Looking in to it a bit further the interiors are not exactly palatial.
Pooh Suzuki swift. Thanks CG :y

I quite like the way the later Swifts look, haven't persuaded Louise that she wants one of those instead of a Smart though ;D

Get her to drive one and go with her, they are quite hateful on the road and the interiors are far from pleasant.
I assume her judgement has been made by viewing one in a car park from 20m and she likes the shape/colour?

You're right about the interior, but I preferred the Micra courtesy cars to the Corsas that preceded them: they just do the job of being an ordinary small car without anything noticeably good/bad/annoying.

Isn't that how all women choose cars? :-X :)

You should have a job in Nissan's marketing department as that sounds quite accurate for most of their range!

As you would expect of a woman. ::)

Is that how your Barbie Bus ended up being Ladyboy Blue?

Sorry but I won't have a bad word said against the corsa c. Brilliant little car. And omg easy to work on.
And yes she's seen one at the local car shop >:(
If she's to get a new one I'd rather her get a Hyundai i30. But I never get listened to lol

........
I'll agree with you there Webby. :y
My daughter and son-in-law had a Corsa C for years, used it, abused it but it still kept going. It's still going now, although they've sold it on. As you say, easy to work on. :y They have a Corsa D as their second car now.
