Remember when motorways were first built? There were no speed limits and that was greeted with approval. Nobody has said in this case if there was any danger nor mentioned the road and traffic conditions. This sentence is pure spite and draconian.

I bet they were really narked about that and issued an All Ports Alert until they found this nasty madman.  ::)
I'd like missiles fitted to the front of mine ............ that are activated by radar.  ;)  Only joking.
