This week they have a feature on used Vauxhall's (page 74) So far so good. :y
They go on to refer to the mighty Signum as, and I quote, "The Signum should win the prize for the most unloved used car on the planet"
How dare they......hanging is too good for these reprobates. ;D ;D
They probably don't even know what a Signum is because they suggest potential victims should pay between £2995 and £3995 for a 2006 model. Total crap.
£1200 -£1500 for the very best is the right money. I shall be writing to my MP. ;)

Appears a good description to me ;D
Did they mention the silly tax rates for the 6 pot versions? Sat in Phil's Pheaton today, I'd pay £50 a month to tax that awesome car. A Vectra though, errrm. Nah!

Did you play with each others?

We just looked at each other's - no touching

Sounds like Autocar got it spot on. The Signum was the confirmation that post Omega, Vauxhall weren't interested in building decent cars. :)
I have wondered lately if Vauxhall has deliberately been run into the ground to justify selling it off on the cheap.
Their cars of the last decade or more, have been utter crap in every way. Shame. :(

Indeed. Still, I'm sure they'll turn away from producing staid, utilitarian FWD tin boxes now PSA will be at the helm. :-X

What's a Signum? :-\ :P ;D

Sometimes you have to pay more if you don't want your car to sound like a cement mixer. :) :P :P :P
-
I certainly wouldn't buy a derv Signum. Agricultural fuel does nothing for me. But with the 2.8 V6 petrol lump it's not a bad car. :y
Pragmatism and power all rolled into one. :D

At least a cement mixer is a more appealing mode of transport, than a Vectra :D :D :D
Better looking as well :P

Very posh. Electric start and real direction indicators. As standard.
