Title: Shocks
Post by: laney101 on 06 April 2017, 21:07:14
I can get irmscher shocks for my omega cheap in Germany but only for rear..

What would be similar for fronts

B4, b6, b8, ????

B4 are 'OEM replacement' so looking at either B6, or B8. I'd hazard a guess at B6. B8s are too 'extreme' for most tastes. Certainly the comfort of an Omega gets lost somwhat if you go that far.  :)

I'd agree with B6s. I also think B8s need shorter springs.

i was thinking along lines of b6 just wanted to see if other people thought similar.. its currently std mv6 set up and is good but obviously a bit tired now

so going to order irmscher rear shocks as good update  and think ill go with b6 front shocks..

New B4's are slightly softer then a worn set of OEM mv6 shocks so if you lower it on eibach springs i'd personally go for the B6's  :y

Im keeping mv6 springs as perfect height.. so just renewing shocks but if b4 softer ill go with irmscher and b6
