Excellent series, but a bit of a stretch to believe he would survive that. ???

Well in ww2 a man fell from circa 18000 feet without a parachute  and only a few trees to break his fall. Whats 10 metres and some concrete steps?

I am also enjoying 2nd series of Hinterland and latest Broadchurch series. I missed the Bridge. We wete working through all the World drama Walter Presents until c4 stopped supporting playback via ipad. Some great series on there.

But I find it hard to believe that he isn't DI George Gently's, sidekick, the pre-PACE type DS John Baccus.  Now he cannot be a baddie, can he?  There must be a twist! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)

I tend to agree.

Thandie is too pretty to be a 'baddie' :)

Oh yes he, the actor Lee Ingleby who plays him, is gorgeous.  Hopefully we shall see far more of him, perhaps with a return of George Gently :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* 8) 8)

He hated making that programme (The professionals). He tried to get out of his contract half way through the first series as he thought it was frap.
Personally I loved it at the time.

Cue another series. Bad lads are still out there. I believe Jed Mercurio has already started writing the next one.

The ending was clear enough, Andy.....if you can remember the names and faces from the very first episodes. I certainly can't....I'm not even sure what I had for me breakfast.  ;D

Got to admit enjoyed the series but did find the ending slightly complicated , also find it hard to believe that turning up to work with one arm missing  nobody asked wtf !

Oh yes, the corruption goers on with the clear hint there are more in this criminal ring.  Cannot wait for the next series, that like the others will link in to bigger fish. 8) 8) 8)

For those who are coming in late on the four series so far and cannot piece everything together, then this may help:

I enjoyed it but agree that the ending was a little OTT.

As for the idea there could be 'bent coppers'........I'm sure that nobody believes that could be possible. ::) ::) ;)
