old 94/95-ish pre-minifacelft 2.5TD meega estate with rust on all the doors should be do-able for £250 :)

Be up for it next year I reckon, but not this year (I can't apply for a passport in this country, how gay...)

300 miles a day. Umm doesn't seem a lot until you factor in things like changing DIS packs, radiators,HBV and the like!.

Make sure that whatever you use has air con. It was 40 deg C yesterday here in Spain.

Please only use pre facelift AUTOs and then any that fall by the wayside I will collect for parts!! ;D ;D ;D

I would be well up for this - maybe next year though.

I'm sure by then my car will be worth sub £250 and its a diesel  ;)

But hell, my Mondeo (Scum bus) is worth about 27p that could be used, or even my mig, if I dont wash her :)

He just bought an ex-AA recovery truck for that amount of money :) Vauxhall Brava... bright yellow thing  :D
