There's even a princesses castle in there. Wheeeeeeee........... ;D
-
I think Hamilton has just challenged Vettel to a fight. :D
-
So let me get this straight, to make F1 "exciting", they have to keep artificially bunching the cars back up, and hope they will contact each other.
The race directors need shooting immediately, as not only is that retarded, its dangerous.
Vettel got off lightly as well, but he does drive a Ferrari.
-
Agreed. Shite track, not fit for F1 racing, Walt Disney showbiz race direction, Vettel should have his licence suspended - and a hiding from Hamilton. :y ;D

I reckon Vettel would kick the shit out of Hamilton. :)

Hamilton is a Judo black belt, Vettel is a spoilt petulant brat, so I doubt it. ;)
The FIA have now examined the data from Hamiltons car and ruled out the possibility that he brake tested Vettel. Vettel should now have a minimum of a one race ban imposed imo.
-
;) At least it was worth watching , unlike most GPs
-
I didn't watch the race ,never do now as F1 is full of whining, egotistical little boys.
Hamilton's go slow is standard practice under those conditions ,every racedriver uses it for their advantage .
As for Vettel ,the race controller should have immediately black flagged him and brought this stupidity to an end .
What a load of shite F1 is now .

Well i enjoyed it. I wonder if Stroll regrets not getting a bit more of a move on? Shame Verstappen went out. Good track. Bit like crap Monaco but on steroids and with overtaking opportunities.
Ferarri wont allow any race bans to be rightly imposed on Vettel. Fair enough vettel misjudged hamiltons constant speed but what he did afterwards was pure road rage.

And that is what needs a ban. Purposely raming into another car has the potential to be lethal in open wheel cars.
Going up the arse of Hamilton was, IMHO, just a racing incident, no real blame can be pinned on either driver.
Vettel's comments during the race when he got the lame penalty, along the lines of "when did I drive dangerously" shows the childish arrogance of him... ...which is a shame, as he has ability, and doesn't need to be such a SLady bitshorpe.
-
He does have a lot of ability, but his weakness is that he often cracks under pressure, and is very obviously prone to spoilt brat syndrome.
Hamilton should exploit these weaknesses to the full in the future. :)
It really needs someone with intelligence and in possession of a spine to consistently implement the rules though. Vettels punishment for what he did is outrageous.

Proper racing just about to start in CH5. :)

outrageous as in too lenient? If so I agree. There is a huge gulf between waving a fist out of the cockpit (as best as they can now!), radioing the pits and saying what is he playing at and actual road rage. I also agree with your first line. It would be good to see them both racing each other in broadly equal cars.

It would indeed. My money would definitely be on Hamilton. Hes the best since Senna imo.

Loads of talent, but not immune from being a spoilt brat himself.

Like footballers - that's what happens when you pay people the GDP of a small country, I guess!
-
The FIA have announced they are launching an investigation into Vettels conduct last weekend. Better late than never. :)

Ferrari will make sure he gets no further punishment.
-
It could be that the new regime want to show that the old Max / Bernie show is history now.
We shall see.

You mean the FIA, run by Jean Todt, ex CEO of Ferrari, might punish Ferrari? ???
Look at that, a squadron of flying pigs just went past!
-
On a slightly different note. Ron Dennis has cut his last links with McLaren today by resigning as a director and selling his remaining shares in the company.
He got a mere £275 million for the shares. I wonder if he will start a new F1 team to try to prove a point to his former business associates ?

Vettel got off lightly as well, but he does drive a Ferrari, so far, as the FIA are meeting on the 4th July to see if a further punishment should be applied.
Fixed!

You were right Aaron. The meeting on the matter today decided no further punishment was needed. >:(
-
Yeah I saw that yesterday and meant to post here, but a case of CBAs kicked in ;D
Still.. FIA not punishing Ferrari - shocker! >:(
