Long as you get a decent signal im sure you"ll be impressed....ok so its not lightning fast....but then it is truly mobile and 90% of the time fast enough.

Had mine nearly a year and its without doubt been worth every penny. ;)

Sounds fine.....although there was talk about it being boosted up to 7.2mbps from memory.

No sure how much streaming radio will eat into your allowance (£15 i guessing 3 GIG) but i know streaming films seriously uses a lot.

Day to day surfing i use mine 12 hrs a day for 25/26 days a month and im always no where near my limit of 3 gig.....oh and thats a lot of online poker and the occasional educational video clip watching.... ;D

That's not bad, bertie...I think you can get upto 7.2Mbps, but you have to be sat under the transmitter to get it..

Got one yesterday, £10.00 per month on contract, better than payg as you loose out if you don't use it.
Tole me it may take up to 72 hours to log on, plugged it in and worked once loaded. Caravan here i come. ;D ;D ;D
Oh and it seems to work faster, at home, that my rural bt broadband connection. ::)

I would of prefered a contract jobbie as well maybe even one of those free laptop offers....But as i`m on an IVA  its outa the question as any application for credit would be refused or put my IVA in jepoardy.....So i soldier on with my £80 laptop i bought for my missus 2yrs ago an i stole after getting this job just wish it would play dvds...still cant get the video card to work!!! >:( ;D :D

good morning folks

i did see on the internet that if you plug a ethernet lead into your laptop and wrap the other end round your mobile phone it gives a massive boost ;)

£10.00 for 30 days payg plus £50.00
£10 per month on contract and free to set up, so rather than worry about topping up going to cost me the same but saved initialcharges.
Will only b used 4 to 6 days a month, but not being able to carry over payg, even when renewing, was the decidig factor.
