SWMBO did this tonight.Daughter needs this car on Sunday. Does it need any plastic bits?

Local body shop fixed mine back on with some long screws/bolts and large dia. washers.

Probably torn the wheelach liner where it screws through, certainly torn the four fixing points under the boot lid.
Open boot, remove four retaining screws. Clean area across boot aperture and back of bumper. Run a bead of Sikaflex ebt across between the screw holes, and refit bumper using the original screws.
Can do same for wheel arch liner fixing points, but clean/degrease thoroughly.
Cannot tell from picture, but suspect that the two plastic rivets beneath the bumper are missing. Replace/reattach with stout cable ties.
