Title: big thanks to TheBoy
Post by: tunnie on 09 August 2008, 18:16:54
For getting my NDC 2013 working again :)

Its now fitted in mother tunnies elite estate, so she now has working sat nav with the colour screen.  :D

First mile or so its a bit pants, but once its locked on, very clear routing.

Just need to get a cage for it, as the chav-me JVC unit was in there before, and the GM cage was removed by the previous owner.

Just thinking, if you still have remains of your old cdr2005 cage if its possible to just fit the bit around the aperture, just enough so the ncdc can 'lock in'

Ohh noo that was butchered. Went in the bin afterwards, was in no state to be reused.

As long as the new cage from Vx is not stupid expensive, i think a new one is the answer.

A single cage for my CCRT700 was about £6 IIRC  :)
