Title: Is the tread depth on this tyre above the legal minimum?

Saw a similar incident a few years back a neighbour who liked a drink or two woke the whole street up when he returned home in the early hours, his Porsche had shed a tyre & judging by the front wing & bonnet he had hit something but continued with his ride home ! The noise was horrendous, someone reported it & he did get charged.
