Just watched a program about nutrition..Here are some facts proven
by tests.
* Mixture soups keep you full more hours than their contents eaten
normal style ( ie not soup)..
* Drinking water before a meal will not keep you full as said..
* Eating and drinking calcium based materials (like yogurt or milk) will
protect your body system absorbing the oils in food (proven by
measuring the human poo ;D for many weeks)
* Test species eat given food in the bowls (all different sizes during a
a cinema) completely ..So decreasing the capacity of the bowl
directly effects your calories..
* Nutrition with low fat proteins like chicken meat, fish will keep you more hours than a same calorie value carbohydrate based diet ...
