No there isn't, you've just robbed everyone of the refuge they use when they break down/crash.

That must be a magic speed limit! Because I'm pretty sure the people who crash and cause the delays either a) won't give two hoots about the speed cameras or b) will crash regardless because they shouldn't be on the roads in the first place.

It has a hollow ring to it when it`s 3am and empty yet you still can`t exceed 70mph  :(
