anyone else have trouble logging into paypal?

sold an item but cant get past the bleedin login page!

Ok when logging-in here; they`re just asking for confirmation of yet more contact phone numbers (again) though! >:(

it appears my cookie settings weren't allowing log-in, even though it has before!

mine still wants phone confirmation too for some reason :|
