Hmm, ..... not convinced these are genuine Panels, the CID uses a High Quality (for its time) Sharp RGB Panel, which look slightly different to these.
Plus, if you look at their other items for sale, there are all sorts of so called replacement Panels for various Cars plus a load of old Tat from China. :-\

The photo shows a 3 line digital display (MID?) - it doesn't look anything like a CID.

On my Screen it just looks like a Black Screen, but if I adjust contrast, yep I can see what you mean, there MID's, good spot Andy. ;)

I can't see any information in the ebay ad concerning which display type this is suitable for :-\
Re-reading my post it looks a bit abrupt - probably reflecting my irritation at not being able to find any parts reference ::)

Given the OP has a 96 car, I suspect this is a replacement LCD for the problematic earlier MID...
-
...however, the more I look at it, the more this looks to be more similar to the reliable, later MID LCD...

There not genuine, if you fit them your insurance will be invalid, and fluffy kittens will die.

the add is german saab for 1993 to 1998. says its old stock, but there is this company that do the same have a read http://www.pixelfix.net/eng/opel-vauxhall.html, also its only dash with sat nav. had email from insurance to ask if i have factory sat nav. and that's a no.

The panels pictured are most definitely not for any of the NAV screens in an Omega. In fact, the Omega had no Nav before 1998, and 1998/1999 Nav was an entirely separate screen fitted beside radio.

missed out out (without) :-[
