I went to the Opel dealer to get new screws for my grille. The bonnet has got new paint and I want everything to look clean.
When looking at the parts list and schematic these screws weren't listed! And without a part number the service man is lost.
I suppose that the same kind of screw is used in other places.
It looks like this:

Thanks

Just order stainless steel self tappers
from Amazon,, No rust
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JK1Y7EA/ref=asc_df_B00JK1Y7EA51860827/?tag=googshopuk-21&creative=22122&creativeASIN=B00JK1Y7EA&linkCode=df0&hvadid=214529255954&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4043618420595392753&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046212&hvtargid=pla-365230959039

Seems to me that it should be GM part #11092143 (KAT 20-52-000) Screw, Flat Rd. Hd., M5 x 12 Radiator grille to front panel upper (https://vauxhall.7zap.com/en/car/v94/a/3/2-1/#7)?
If you don't want a big box of assorted sizes from Amazon then these would probably do (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/POZI-FLANGED-SELF-TAPPING-SCREWS-A2-STAINLESS-STEEL-TAPPERS-No-6-8-10-12-KAYS/361063732473?hash=item54111354f9:m:m7jTFk80YMija2ySp6sl_3g) the job in No. 10 x 1/2"? Worth a punt at £1.60 for a pack of 10 delivered if you were in the UK. Must be somebody in Sweden selling them in Sweden.

Thanks, that's the same view that the parts guy at my Opel store showed me. In the description it says M5x12 which suggest that it is an M5 threaded screw. I think that those are for pre-Facelift models.
I'll check with him i a few days when I'm picking up other parts.

There's some for sale on ebay (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-SCREW-GENUINE-NEW-11092143/162276105519?epid=2229951722&hash=item25c868dd2f:g:7zwAAOSw44BYJJhz). The picture looks similar to your screw and there's also a photo of the GM label which agrees with the part numbers I gave you earlier.
Your problem might be that if the screw is a special order item then there might be a minimum order quantity of 5 or 10. So you'd still be better of looking for an alternative.

Thanks for the effort, really helpful.
What made us doubtful was the notion of 1 screw. It sounds strange that only one would be required when there is 7 used for the grille. In other listings they say how many that you need for an item.
If they are still available from GM I'll check with my dealer tomorrow, other wise I'll order them from your ebay-link.
Thank again.

Other than that,if your originals are undamaged and you're just after a cleaner look wouldn't painting your originals with enamel or acrylic modellers paint suffice? Then you could have them basically any colour you like too.

The screws are a much more reasonable "clearance stock" @ £0.10 ea here (http://www.vauxhallsuperstore.co.uk/search,b.html?q=11092143). Don't know how how much to deliver in Sweden however.

a spattering of rusty red/brown paint will make them look authentic/factory fit :y

The guy at my Opel dealer just called and he had found the screws. They are in his warehouse. Didn't cost to much (all is relative).
