I think DG is rightly suggesting the OP puts some full stops and commas in the explanation, explains clearly if the original body shell has the original engine still in it or not. I am sorry OP but I am confused as to why you would replace a low mileage 3.2 engine. Is the low mileage engine still in the original body she'll or has it been placed in another 3.2's shell?
If not a 3.2 body shell then the electrics will not match the low mileage 3.2 engine and will give you problems that real experts on here will know all about.
I am sorry if I have not understood correctly! ;)

What codes are being raised?

Quite obvious to me;
The OP had a low mileage 3.2 Omega, and used the engine from that vehicle to put in a better shell.
To further clarify, the low mileage engine ran fine in the original shell. It is now losing one bank of cylinders.

Loom was what I was thinking. Ecu swap will confirm fault in the wiring...

The often over looked earth wires?

The often over looked earth wires?
that is a very good point :y
poor or missing earth connections cause havoc

Check you haven't got the 1/3/5 side lambda sensors loom mixed up with the 2/4/6 when refitting ;)

:y The quickest way to check is to get the car running lumpy and wrong and then using a jumper cable, directly connect negative terminal on the battery to a good metal place on the engine. If that makes any difference, start the fiddly find the wires.
