As above, need one for MOT. Where is the best place to get one of reasonable quality/price fairly quickly?

I have a local place with a Delphi Brand. Any good?

Several on e-bay up from £45. I bought an ATP one some while ago and it didn't last a year.  I later bought a used one for £10 on e-bay that I still have. Delphi should be good I imagine.
