That white estate looks clean... Rusty underneath though and MoT length makes it about £1,100 too expensive...  :-\

Looks like plod to me. Exactly like mine except my car had the 3.2 V6.

Well, the good news is that the few Omega left are now worth mega bucks......oh, hang on. :-\

The most expensive is a 2002 2.2 CD for £1695 :o :o :o.......I doubt the queue will be very long. :)

My 2.6CD came with a manual box. I didn't like it.

Rumour has it the manual box for the Omega is lifted straight from a 1950's lorry. ::)

My 2.6 was manual quite liked it at the time, obviously the Merc is auto & is superb.

722 isn't a bad box provided it is serviced regularly... The conductor plate is almost a service item so don't overlook that... First hint of trouble is oil in the electrical plug :y

Yes read about this in the Merc club mag so box was serviced soon after I purchased it, very smooth in operation can't feel any gearshifts , unless using kickdown.
