A court in Guatemala has sentenced a 66yr old ex-soldier to 5,160yrs for being the "author of" an atrocity where 171 people of a village were massacred.

Yep I reckon even with time off for good behaviour etc[do the Guatemalans allow such things?]he'll be a bit past ripe before he gets out :D

Compare and contrast that with the little scrote who assaulted the former Welsh rugby international Gareth Thomas in Cardiff last weekend, who was dealt with by 'Restorative Justice'  ::)

I think this means he was given a mild talking to at the scene and was sent on his way to have a good laugh about it all with his mates!  :-\

A sound thrashing with the birch and locked in the stocks for 24 hours on Cardiff's Queen Street, would have been a better deterrent to him re-offending and a warning to others!  :y

While he was in the stocks, Gareth Thomas could have gone round behind and..............no.......maybe not.  ;D

I think he just hurt his feelings by calling him 'homophobic' names .....  ::) ::)
