Title: Vectra c alloys
Post by: annihilator on 21 December 2018, 12:04:06
Looking at 8x18 vec C alloys with an offset of et41, anyone else fitted similar, a bit concerned about clearance esp. using the correct 245 wide tyres.
Cheers John.

Fairly convinced they wont fit.  There is a narrow ET on 8J that will clear the strut and clear the wheelarch, I think in region of 32-36ish

Thought as much I know 7x16 softstars are et39 and 8x18 stila's are et33. so had my doubts.
Cheers John

Thing is, even if they fit now, they're only one tyre change or component change requiring geo set up from not fitting...

Stilas with ET33 fit nicely with 245/40s and have about a 3/8" clearance on genuine shocks ;)
