Title: 7 hours of my life wasted!

Hi all, Spend 7 hours today at home today, completely wasted waiting for a BRITISH GAS engineer to service the central heating. They NEVER turned up,despite me ringing them 4 hours after their ETA. Very angry Alfie!.

I believe you can claim a rebate of £10 or something. That should ease the pain........not.

£20 for missed gas appointment I believe. Eon let me down so many times that they ended up paying more of my bill than I did.  ;D
When they did eventually turn up to fit a smart meter, they couldn't get it to work due to lack of signal so it was removed again.   ;D

When you get home tomorrow there will be a BG missed appointment card through the letterbox saying they couldn't get access & their invoice will be in the post. :o :o :o
