Car still struggling to start on cold start idle very rough car shaking cutting out miss firing having to rev it hard to keep it going once going is fine and can stop start all day no problem but at traffic lights slight shaking had spark plugs, coil pack crank sensor, 02 sensor done, timing belt but still have problems throttle body cleaned and cleaners through fuel system compression test showed 10 bars and 12 bars could fuel pump, throttle body cause this just paid over a £1000 for repairs would rather get some advice before I throw more money at problem as starting to think sourcing another omega might be cheaper

Fuel filter, or maybe fuel pressure regulator faulty? Do a google on the symptoms of these. See if someone can do a fuel pressure test for you, will give you some idea of how the fuel system is working. Someone else with alot more experience will be along, to give you more ideas, of where to check.

Fuel filter been done, fuel pressure just at a loss as everything gets done yet problem still here
-
Ecu coolant temp sensor...

£1000 ...... !!!!! :o :o :o :o
-
Done that only things not done are fuel pump, throttle body its been cleaned but not changed

£1000 is easy to spend on a tired Omega, especially when the first post lists £300 worth of parts.....

Not pump if it's fine hot.
Can try priming the fuel rail.
From stone cold:
Ignition to pos 2, count to 10, off, count to 10, pos 2, count to 10, off, count to 10, pos 2 count to 10 and crank. No throttle otherwise it turns the injectors off.
If it starts and runs right you either have an injector leak or a fuel pressure regulator problem.
Also, was the crank sensor a genuine one purchased from a genuine Vauxhall dealer that you genuinely had to walk into? If not, all bets are off.

Am guessing they've had the plenum off, I would check it's seated correctly,(pinched O rings) and all the vac pipes are correct

Do what my wife does. Gets me to go out and warm it up for her.

Turned out to be airflow metre and a cracked manifold car back to what it used to be 😀
