Hi all, been awhile since I’ve posted anything in here!
I’ve possibly got the hankering for another 3.2 but I’ve been unable to find anything that lists the colours along with pictures of the cars in the colours so I can tie the two together, I’ve seen two colours I like... one is like a satin/ruby red and the other is like a greeny blue
Sorry for being so vague, just wanted to get all my details and knowledge base correct before I put a wanted post up.

Reubens red for the metallic burgundy, not sure of code, and possibly Ural Mountain for the other, 382. ;)
Will have a rummage in the 2003 brochure if I can find it :y
-
Nice one, thank you! That gives me an idea, might see if I can find a colour chart on eBay and even a brochure for the facelift
-
Just had a mooch on eBay and could the colours possibly be ‘Persia’ and ‘Nocturno Blue’
-
I would think the greeney blue is more likely to be Petrol Blue...?
-
Possibly, I do have a photo but I don’t have any hosting facilities anymore
-
There's only one colour,, that's z147)157 rare silver. ;)

Top one is probably Petrol blue, but could be Prestige blue (same colour as Bob Dents old car iirc... Difficult to tell from the lighting... It's all over the place)
Second one is definitely Ruben's red :y

Ah lovely, thanks... Gives me a head start on what to look for! Do you know if all models were produced in all colours or only certain models in certain colours?
Ideally I’m after an Elite 3.2 in either of those colours 8)

Prestige blue is very blue (mum has an astra G in prestige blue)
example on omega

Ive got a 3.2 Elite in Rubens red. Bit it isn't for sale...………………………………...yet.
-
Yep top one is petrol blue (same as mine) and it comes out quite different dependent on lighting.
I would attach an image but I can't figure out how to do it.

I agree, the first one is definitely Petrol Blue. I have a 3.2 Elite saloon in this colour, and whilst I appreciate colours are a personal thing, I think it is quite distinctive and unusual. It would appear to be one of the least common colours, especially in Elite guise, so you may be waiting some time if your search is colour specific, especially Petrol Blue.

I appreciate the information, at least I now know what colour that is and it does look amazing! Good to also know that the engine size and model I require also comes in this colour… So I just have to keep my eyes and ears to the ground, set up notifications for the cars for sale room and hope that one comes up in the not too distant future

Here you have a complete list of paint codes. This is for Opel so the names could be different from German, but the code should be the same.
A lot of other facs as well.

No doubt about it being Petrol Blue. I have a '52 - petrol blue - thirty two' Elite. Beige leather (officially called 'parchment') interior and Petrol Blue are not common - in fact I think there are only two or three Elites left of this colour but unsure whether they are black or beige interior. Anyway, I think my colours and spec. and engine might be the only one around now depends on whether the other have same colour matches and colour screen and Sat Nav. Hope so!

You are a very lucky chappie indeed then! If you ever consider selling up at some point then please drop me a message as I fear I’m going to have a long wait for the right car :o

My 52 reg Petrol Blue 3.2 Elite saloon has got the pale grey leather interior, in the smooth faced leather. It seems to to be be mid transition of the slight mods for 2003 MY cars - it has the earlier 5 spoke alloys, and a rear sunblind, yet has rain sensing wipers with the big clump of a interior mirror base. GID screen, not colour unfortnately, although I do have a complete set from a donor car to go in at some point :y

Where did you get info from about the numbers of Petrol Blue 3.2 Elites you believe are left ?
-
It was in conversation with Seweryn at SOS Feb. last year - either he or someone he knows keeps up to date with the stats of Omegas remaining - quite how I don't know, but he said there may be only 3 or 4 left of this colour and Elite spec. Just personally, I have never seen a 3.2 petrol blue in all the years I have owned mine (since 2007) and I have done some driving in my time all over the UK. Not to say there isn't any as you have one and the chances of coming across one if the numbers are that small would be a miracle. Any other peeps seen any at any time or anywhere?
-
There is-or was until very recently at least-a petrol blue F/L saloon running about near me although I don't know what engine size or spec it is.
-
From what I have seen over the years, Petrol Blue was more common in CD models, although I appreciate there were greater numbers of CD's about.
-
I would agree with that. When new, most 3.2 Elites of any colour were generally bought as executive company cars and petrol blue probably didn't fit with the then image as maybe silver would have - everything was silver in those days, BM's Audi's etc. especially company vehicles. Mine was a previous Managing Director's car - the body colour, parchment seats and individual extra spec were ordered by him. He loved the car so much that at the three year change cycle, he kept it for another two years instead. At year five he traded in for a Lexus. So, as it seems petrol blue was not the popular choice generally across the Omega range is maybe the reason why there are so very few at the Elite spec?
