I once hired a 40 kVa generator that was delivered with a male 32A 3 phase commando plug on the end. Guy had started it up, while I was holding the plug in my hand looking confused, before I gently put it back on the ground and asked him politely to stop the generator again and come spot the deliberate mistake. :o
