After years of pissing the locals off with my old PFL v6 manual estate sat on the side of the house, i've finally found a friendly garage owner who is going to let me use his 2 poster ramp for a day :D
On this scrapper I have a nice and quite R25 manual box with about 100K on it.
A decent clutch
What else do I need to remove from it to make a manual conversion kit up ?
I will probably have 4 hours max before it gets dragged out and scrapped

Box, clutch, flywheel, crankshaft spigot bearing (I think,) propshaft, pedal assembly.....
-
Gear lever and mounting plate.
Engine loom. (ecu not essential, but include the key chip and transponder ring. And car pass if available... But write the radio codes on the headunit).
Stripping the centre console and scuttle ahead of time will help.
Also take some tippex to mark the alignment of the prop shaft. Doesn't make any odds to your job, but will help the new owner/person fitting it... Jamming the key spline into the wrong slot is really, really annoying ;)

Master cylinder also I think maybe different

Just the feed from the reservoir to the clutch slave is not blanked off in a manual
