Unfortunately the vast majority of these now leak where the plastic spacer clips on to keep the brake vacuum hose spaced. Problem is you don't realise until you gas the system and put it under pressure.

Tried to find a method of repairing them but all attempts have been unsuccessful so far :(

Tried to find a method of repairing them but all attempts have been unsuccessful so far :(
Decent speed tape, ie 3M stickyback aluminium tape, and jubilee clips :-X

If it's a pinhole, stick a pin in it.  ;D
