Hello! Quick one How do I upload a profile pic? See some of you guys have managed it

There is a guide in this section "How to get your avatar" or similar although in that they use photobucket[who I believe now charge for the privilege of using it]although I'd imagine any of the photo hosting sites would operate the same although for free.
