Does the speedo work when the light is on?

If not it's the abs ecu... If it does, then it's a sensor or wiring fault but you'll need a decent code reader to establish which corner has the issue  :y

There's an excellent chance that NT won't have the necessary tools.

The one that is affordable and will do what you want is a clone, and is not allowed to be discussed here. It's also a pain to setup.
Diagnosing the ABS requires specialist kit, so you would be better ringing round your local garages to find someone who still has it. Then you need to hope they know how to use it....

Nothing that Amazon sell directly will do it, and probably not even on Amazon Marketplace (though you'd be barking to buy from there).

The only generic readers that can read it are the more expensive ones targeted towards garages that can better absorb the high costs, rather than DIYers.

If you post your approximate location in London, maybe a local member with either a Tech2 or one of the many cloned devices might be able to help diagnose for a pint and pack of KP

I think 3rd party fronts are available. The rears not so. And both seem to be specific to Omega B/B2. Don't know if sensors are still available as a Vauxhall dealer special order ex Opel in Germany. If they are then they might be expensive.

I think your best bet is to continue to seek out a Tech 2 diagnostic read-out to determine which or even if any sensors have actually failed and take it from there. When you know exactly what's needed I suggest you post a request in the wanted section. Since you don't have enough posts then first put your post in the test section and ask nicely and a moderator might move your post to the wanted section.

I seem to recall that the front sensors can be a pain to remove and replace.

If you can't twist them out, then remove the hub and punch them out

When my front ABS sensor failed the only way to sort it was a second-hand "hub" with the abs sensor in place.... it seems almost impossible to remove the sensor without destroying it.

HI ALL.

THIS ABS PROBLEM IS BECOMING A TOTAL NIGHTMARE NOW

HAVNT MANAGED TO FIND A GARAGE WITH TEC 2 YET BUT DID HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC DONE AND IT MENTIONS INLET VALVE. AM TOLD ITS NOT WHEEL SENSOR.

SO I HAD THE ABS PUMP CHANGED BUT NOT THE ECU PART EVEN THO IT WAS ATTACHED SWAPPED IT FOR THE ORIANAL ECU AS AM TOLD THAT IT HAS TO BE REPROGRAMEDED IS THIS A
CERTAINTY OR IS IT DOWN TO LUCK.

Ideally it needs to be from the same year/engine/gearbox combo.

AIUI there are 3(4) types:

1. Basic ABS. Pre facelift V6 and all other models/years
2. ABS with basic TC. Mid facelift 2.5/3.0
3. ABS with advanced TC. Facelift 2.6/3.2.
(4. ABS with ESP. Euroland Facelift V6 option.)

The mechanical part almost never fails, it's just the ecu part that needs changing/repairing :y
