Title: delay wiper

I thought I saw a how to add variable delay , the wiper switch I have (and wires) have a control but I cant fined the how to now.Does anyone know where it is??

another possibility which involves nothing changing at all is a vw type 99 relay. self learning delay unit. works a treat.
