Title: Natural order

Just reading about CO2 shortage will affect Christmas. Used in food production, ready meals, Bernard Mathew turkeys etc.

The pandemic has upset deliveries, shortage of workers. Shortage of computer chips. Driving up through England I kept seeing gantry signs saying no diesel at services.

Worldwide shortage of containers and container ships but a reluctance to invest in new super ships while climate change movement could render the engines obsolete.

Went to local corner shop and freezer cabinet was nearly empty!

Is all this a portent of the post pandemic future?  Short term problems or with us for next ten years? What do OOFers think?

Depending on your political leanings, some are also blaming Brexit for this too.  :-\

I do most of the food shopping now. due to SWMBO,s mobility issues. I work on the model that if it ain't on the shelf, i can do without.  ;D
