I think it is just the 2.2 four pot that is not suitable.

Yes, I have and do without any trouble and no reduction in mpg ;)

I think it is just the direct injection 2.2 four pot in the VECTRUM that is not suitable.
Fixed to prevent scaremongering  ;D

I doubt very much if the E10 petrol in your Mig has anywhere near 10% ethanol anyway
The government approved guidelines state; " That to label the petrol as E10 it requires at least 5.5% ethanol"  ???

Digging around on the net I found this

This document contains the quote above & compares our standards to Europe , for instance Holland requires a minimum of 7.5% ethanol.
