Any way of telling without dismantling if the inner CV joint on a fwd car is shot? There is rotational noise and a vibration through the car noticeable at speeds above about 15 mph[could still be present at slower speed but not as noticeable]and seems to get slightly less on left hand bends.Could also I suppose be the support bearing on the offside drive shaft? Have tried driving in circles at low speeds listening for clicking and none present so don't think it's an outer CV joint.Car is a Volvo C70 petrol with a manual 'box.

When SWMBO's Galahambra needed a new CV joint the car was barely drivable but it wasn't that obvious which joint was toast.
I got the car up on axle stands and rotated a front wheel back and forth while holding each CV to feel for play - one had a little more play than the others so I changed that shaft (so 2 CV joints) and that fixed the issue.
I wouldn't be surprised if the other side needs changing after a few more miles.......
