when a vehicle has to have a part changed ( in this case an adblue pump ) & the part is on recall so no cost for a new one. should the labour & the diagnostics be non chargeable too :-\

Depends the manufacturer I guess.

If It is a manufacturer recall, there should be no financial penalty for the customer.

No charge whatsoever for a recall, as per Stemo.
