Is it me, or has this government completed lost it's grip on reality? I just can't believe what I'm reading sometimes.

I get free prescriptions, so I'll be at the front of the queue!  :y

I expect that this idea came out of some kind of civil servant brain storming session at the Treasury, and I doubt it was ever taken seriously, but someone thought it would make the government look stupid if it was leaked to the media.  ::)
