Title: Excellent customer service.

I bought one of these in 2020. I like it. However, after 20 months it went tits up and the battery wouldn't hold any charge.

So I contacted Amazon India by online chat who suggested I send it back (at their expense) and they would refund me the £43.99 it cost. At the same time I contacted Oasser who got back to me within 12 hours saying they were very sorry and would send  out an immediate replacement. This arrived two days later, no mention of returning the original faulty item.

Some days the Gods are with us. :)

I'm surprised
I'd have thought that you would have some serving wench to blow . . .

Every man should have access  a full breasted serving wench or scullery maid. :)
