Title: knife crime

everyday somebody is reported dead by a stabbing, did Tony Blair introduce a law that , if caught with a knife a 5yr prison sentence would be the norm & 7yrs minimum if a person used it.

I suspect that the vast majority of knife crimes don't make it into the media.  Its rife in the cities it seems.

Certainly rife in parts of London although that nice Mr Khan doesn't seem very interested. :)

I think quite a few youngsters carry a knife around now. Under the guise of 'self protection'. Which inevitably leads to far worse if they ever decide to use it.  :(

There was vid the other day doin the rounds of a bunch of American '8th Graders' waving their Glock 9mm's about and showing off some kind of device fixed to the back that makes it fully automatic.  :-\

I googled 8th grade and discovered that they were 13-14 year olds!  :o

I expect you can guess their ethnicity.  :-X
