... has been given a FPN for not wearing a seatbelt in the back of a car.  ;D

I think that Boris was the first PM to have had a FPN, but I guess Rishi is the first to have two. THe first of course was over the infamous cake when he was Chancellor.  :)

Will there will a hysterical witch hunt to have him removed?  ???  About time we had a new PM anyway!  >:D

He should have got legal advice on how to get out of an FPN from Sir Starmer.  :)
