These bunch of lazy pricks disrupting the Chelsea flower show and spoiling the flowers. When the hell is there going to be proper punishment for these bastards.

Jug Ears Lineker reckons they are saving the planet and it is for our own good.
I believe he won an award for being a very nice man. ::)

They have mental health issues, but I don't feel sorry for them. >:(

The answer to stop all this is very simple but nobody has the balls to implement it ,the UK is the laughing stock of the world .
-
What makes me sick is the police stand back and watch the protesters and then when a pissed off member of the public takes action they arrest the pissed off person. Blocking highways, criminal damage etc is an offence so why don’t the useless bastards (police) act on it. If the police aren’t going to do anything about it why even bother turning up, why don’t they just fick off and let pissed off members of the public deal with it.
What the hell is happening to this country. >:( >:(

Going down the tubes – fast. All part of the WEF plan. >:( >:(

Germany has similar problems. Car producer yet the country is protesting and stopping people using their cars.
As an aside, why aren’t electric cars fitted with integral solar panels as part of the bodywork? Some bright spark has just concluded that car parks are prime real estate for solar panels. Must have been abroad on holiday and seen IKEA. They have had them for years.

Because solar panels are heavy and produce virtually fec-k all energy per square meter :y
Plus most surfaces on a car are far from being the optimum angle for a panel

Read Dr Steven Koonin’s book Unsettled questioning in a proper intellectual way the current science on climate change. He says the science is NOT settled at all!
Whilst not disagreeing that the planet is warming he argues that claiming this is purely down to human activity is highly questionable and that other factors are at work too. He questions a lot of the models used by scientists suggesting the results and assumptions used are often being tweaked to create the results the scientists want; he claims many climate change scientists are effectively cooking the books!
His conclusion is that the billions that are being spent on new technologies to reduce emissions are being wasted because it won’t make any difference and so we should be looking at other more practical ways of dealing with the effects of rising temperature.
He is of course dismissed as a crank by many scientists in the Establishment. but he has an impeccable scientific background and he deserves the title Climate Realist!

If you are a climate scientist going round trying raise funding to prove that climate change is not man made, you'd struggle, even though that would obviously be good news. :-X
However if you are a climate scientist going round trying to raise funding to prove your exciting new theory as to why climate change is man made, they will throw money at you. :)
Follow the money as the old saying goes! :y

Indeed, exactly as I read it👍

Confirmation bias. We all do it.
If we have an argument with a friend we make sure we speak with another person who will confirm we were right and the other bloke is a shithead. :)

The man who bankrolls Just stop oil gave £1.5 million to the Labour party a few weeks ago.
Labour announced this week that if they win the election, they will not grant any licences for oil in the North sea.
Is there a connection ? Of course not. ::)

I also noticed this and of course you're right.....but.
The Tory party have been taking donations from extremely shady individuals for longer than I've been alive.
While the ' we'll give donations but we don't want anything for it' ::) system remain in place this will continue.

You assume that they will actually get into power. They won't, and they know it so can merrily promise the moon.

These Tories are truly awful, but the alternative? ::)
Hopefully people are telling pollsters what they think they should say, but in the privacy of the voting booth will come to their senses. :-\

....and vote for what?
Another 13 years of socialism and wokery from the Tories. :-X

Yep I know, but as said above the alternative is infinitely worse. ::)
Labour tell us they have a plan, but they don't want to tell us what it is. :-X Although we do know it involves about £200bn worth of extra public spending, apparently all funded by a 'proper' windfall tax on oil & gas producers, ending the 'Non Dom' status of wealthy foreigners and ending the charitable status of private schools. ::)
The IFS reckon that if it was all funded by income tax, then they would have to raise it by 3p. Given that it is very unlikely that they will raise enough tax from windfall tax, ending the non doms, and forcing private schools to charge VAT, they will have to raise it from somewhere. :-\
How about ending the capital gains exemption from selling your main residence? :o :-X ::)

I would say the alternative (Labour) is pretty much more of the same.
Highest taxation since WW2.
High crime with woke police taking the knee for BLM and dancing at 'Pride' rather than policing the event.
Indoctrinated kids at university.
Lockdown.
100 plus genders. The Tory party probably want even more.
Green tariff on just about everything.
They are fine with Illegal migration being too high.
They are fine with legal migration running out of control....because the Tory party have always been 'over fond' of cheap labour.
Other than that they are doing fine. ;D

Not to mention that food is half the price here than it is in the US.

We'll have all of that on steroids with a Sir Starmer Labour Govt! ::)

It’s blatantly obvious we need an alternative to these bastards, but we are only subjects, the people, the majority,….. we’re Fuc£ed.
