According to the MID on the trip back from Newent with an average speed of sixty MPH my barge did 39.3 MPG. pleased with that :)

well on a long run to a few airports and back i managed to get it up to 38 mpg with three people on board for half the trip

How come I only get 6.2km per litre on mine? 3.2.
Thats 3.88 miles per litre or 17.5 miles per gallon. Thats quite poor :-[

Perhaps your pressing the "load peddle" to hard ::) how much is petrol out there I imagine your mpg won't hurt in the wallet department too much :)

I only averaged 28 mpg on the Newent trip but there again i did have a MX5 in the boot on the way down ::) ::)

Lol, was just watching Harry Enfield with 'Clarkson Island'.....it featured an MX5....VERY funny!

i was getting 23.8 for the whole weekend......
mind you the car was sat you about 2 hours over the weekend idling ;D ;D ;D

15.2 mpg over the weekend :y :y :y :y
(mind you .. thats on LPG at 57.7p/ltr , towing a 1600 kg "pikey wagon" averaging 55-60 along the A417 :) )
