Yes that's the ALDI where you have to scan a QR code to get in and they don't accept cash. ::)
It's not just CBDC's that are coming our way, it's the full on Chinese style social credit system. :-X

Trendy Coffee shops and vegan restaurants in woke parts of London are going cashless because apparently it is 'progressive'. ::)

I bet thier turnover has dropped since customers started to shop where they can use cash.

I was at The Oval last Saturday for the 3rd day of the Ashes Test. Card only for food and drinks. Not sure Cricket really fits the socialist ideal though.

Costa in our canteen is card only. So I will use the big one in Arrivals. 10% staff discount and they take cash :y
