Title: Fault code

Hi all

My spanner light is on, 3.2 V6 , code reader says no fault code. Peddle test 10 3 3 10. Cleared the code but comes straight back. Any ideas?

Bank 2 (246) knock sensor.

Any recent top end work done?

Yep, fitted a new set of spark plugs, if that helps ?

Re check all the plugs to the cable tray above 246 ;)

Hi,

Checked the plugs, ok, the wire to the knock sensor had a break in it, cut and soldered and fitted heat shrink to protect the wire. Cleared the code and now it is fine. By the way where is the knock sensor and how do you get to it?

Bank 2? Carefully  ;D

From memory it's next to the engine mount or there abouts. ;)
